Growing up, I was consumed by insecurity and anxiety. I was weak, overlooked, and never enough. The bullying didn’t just hurt, it hollowed me out. The same insecurities and anxiety that pushed me to change also fueled my addiction. I chased strength in the wrong places for a long time. But eventually, I realized real power wasn’t found in escape, it was in facing myself and the demons that possessed me. Fitness became my therapy, discipline became my medicine and pain became my strength. I’ve been rebuilding ever since, not just physically, but mentally.
Through every challenge, I learned that minor setbacks can fuel major comebacks. Today, I use that same mindset to help others rise, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My mission is simple: to help you become the strongest version of yourself, inside and out. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, coming back from an injury, battling your own personal struggles, or chasing peak performance, I’ll meet you where you are—and push with you every step of the way.
